Many years ago, I left my long-time job and realised my creative dream — I moved to the beautiful Adriatic coast. In Novi Vinodolski, one of the charming towns on the Croatian coast, I found my oasis of peace.
Here I opened my creative studio — a workshop and art shop located along the Adriatic highway, near the town centre. At Drveni Val, I handcraft souvenirs from recycled wood and driftwood washed ashore by the sea.
My passions are the sea and art. In every piece of driftwood I find, I see the potential for unique creations. I believe that even the smallest piece of nature can become a beautiful souvenir.
The marine world has always fascinated me. In every piece of wood, I see a story, magical beauty, and endless inspiration. My souvenirs are small pieces of the Adriatic, captured in time and transformed into unique works of art.
Driftwood, remains of masts, canvas, and everything I find on the beaches — these are my materials. I consider them gifts from the sea, as each has its own story, and I give them a new purpose.
Using these gifts, I want to convey the beauty of the Adriatic as I see it. My works are lively and vibrant, inspired by the colours of the sea, marine life, and the charms of the coast. Each piece is unique, handcrafted with much love and care.
I believe that art is a way to connect with nature and appreciate its beauty. My souvenirs are not just decorative objects, but also a reminder of the importance of preserving the sea and caring for our planet. My mission is to inspire people to think about sustainability and recycling.
